Indi Maintenance Services (Pty) Ltd ("we") respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the property address, details about the work and any photos you send. When you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive what you choose to share.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare your estimate and quote, carry out the work and keep the records the law requires for asbestos work. We don't sell or share your information for marketing.

Who else sees it

Our website host, Netlify, stores form submissions on our behalf. For asbestos work, the approved inspection authority, the Department of Employment and Labour and the disposal site receive the details the regulations require.
